When will my order arrive?
You should receive your order within 4 to 7 business days from the date of your order. Orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx. Deliveries can not be made to a Post Office Box.

Are your products guaranteed?
All our products are guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied we will replace or refund you for your purchase. All of our ink and toner cartridges meet or exceed the OEM specification. Toner For Less will not be liable for any damage to your business machine through a faulty cartridge.

How do I place an order?
You may order either-
1. Online: order online with our secure shopping cart
2. Fax: Send your order by fax. Print our fax order form, Fax Order Form, choose your items from our online store and fax the completed form toll free (866)511-4788.

How do I return a product?
Email info@TonerForLess.com and tell us you want to make a return. We will provide you, by email, the information needed for you to return the products. To receive a refund, all returned ink or toner cartridges must be 70% or more filled. The returned toner cartridges are tested for capacity and defects before a refund or exchange is made.
